Hi all, I just built/installed ICU 4.0 and Xerces C++ 2.8 for libs (with -ticu) and Samples on Linux platform. After the built done, I ran PParse -? <Enter> It returned with "Can't open transcoding service".
What command do I use to enable or bring up the transcoding service ? Thanks for your help. RLU
