xerces - c++ - 2.8.0

Hi,

 

We used to use 'setToCreateXMLDeclTypeNode' before this ver of xerces. I
understand that the method has been removed now.

My questions are

 

 - Do we need to use its equivalent in 2.8.0?

 - If so, what is it?
