As are many other things which are off-topic for this list. You seem to make posts advertising in many unrelated forums [1][2] with seemingly little regard of whether it's even relevant to the community receiving it. That in my opinion is spam. If it had any remote relation to Xerces or anything at the ASF it might be okay, but it doesn't. Its license isn't even compatible so can't even be used by any Apache project. Please stop doing this.
