xml schema 1.1

Hi,

I noticed that xerces-j already implements certain xml schema 1.1 features. 
When can xml schema 1.1 support in xerces-c be expected? The constructs I am 
mostly interested in are xs:assert, xs:alternative, and inherited attributes.
