This reads data using the input stream operator :
xml::xifstream( "some.xml" ) >> xml::start( "root" ) >> data;

This writes data using the output stream operator :
xml::xofstream( "some.xml" ) << xml::start( "root" ) << data;

Or am I missing something ?
