Bug description:
First select a view where you have a right pane, for example the address book.
Then select at least one item and then select a link action from the right pane
(which is hidden by default). The link action will be opened in a new tab but
without the normal header/banner/menu structure (only the central page). This
gives a very unclean impression and does not allow you to do related operations
on the linked view.
