Bug description:
I have created a new FY.
I have created a opening period (from 01/jan to 01/jan)
Then I wanted to click on the button to automatically create the 12 other
periods.
I see the error message: "Error occurred while validating the field(s)
date_stop: Invalid period ! Some periods overlap or the date period is not in
the scope of the fiscal year. "
=> We should not have overlapping problems between a normal period and a
opening period.
