A bit of googling found this link http://www .mail-archive.com/magentoerpconnect- [email protected]/msg00030.html which refers to issues in /app/code/core/Mage/Sales/Model/Order/Api.php in 1.4.1
I've looked at this file in both 1.4.1.1 and the current 1.4.2 beta and can't see the code to change.
