V6RC1 Some strings in views are not translated

Bug description:
In some cases translatable strings in XML files are not available for
translation in Rosetta and are not available when exported as .po file. Hence
they are not translatable.
Example: base_setup/base_setup_installer.xml line 8 and further:

<data>
<form position="attributes">
<attribute name="string">Install Applications</attribute>
</form>
<xpath expr="//lab...@string='description']" position="attributes">
<attribute name="string">Select the Applications you want your
system to cover. If you are not sure about your exact needs at this stage, you
can easily install them later.</attribute>
</xpath>
There are two strings here that should be translated but are not found in the
corresponding .po file.
In the same file, line 51 and further:
<record id="action_base_setup_installer" model="ir.actions.act_window">
<field name="name">Install Applications</field>
<field name="type">ir.actions.act_window</field>
This string is handled fine and can be found in the .po file.
We need to resolve this before sending out V6. Looks very strange to see
untranslated texts here and there on the screens.

- 'Áddresses' in Sales/Address Book
