Hello Badralkh, We agree to the fact that Roles were a functionality for workflow access for 5.0,but in version6.0 onwards we have replaced the same functionality by assigning Groups to the concerned buttons which trigger the workflow signal.
As said in the above comment, you may have a look at the modules hr,account,sales,mrp where this functionality has been accurately illustrated.
