empty search calls each time same data when you reate a new record

Bug description:
In web client, trunk, new db without demo data (same problem with demo data
but easier to test without them)
the new feature which suggests users to create records they try to search, has
one trouble. Once it has proposed one record (the first time), it proposes the
same name than the first time until you create a new record from this feature
e.g in project :
1) in project form view, fill in "Working Time" 1h/ week, it proposes to create
this record
2) go to member tab and create a new user : the name of the user is 1h/week
