Adding new report anymore makes system hangs

Bug description:
Hello all,
since last update, I could not open my sales management anymore. I realized
that this came from the table ir_actions_report_xml_file. So, I delete all
entries of the table and the problem ran away.
But now, everytime I have to modify a report or create a new one and install
it, a new enty is created inside this table. And everytime I've an entry, the
system hangs when I try to open my sales...
I join 2 printscreens of the problem
