Time zone of a new line in timesheets

Bug description:
This appears in 5.0.7 and wasn't in 5.0.6
When I create a new entry of the current timesheet, the default hour is GMT-0
even tough I'm in GMT+1 and that it is specified in my user preferences (in
OpenERP) and my regional settings (in Windows).
