A "Manufacturing / Manager" doesn't have the configuration part in the
Manufacturing menu
Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
Fix Released
Bug description:
* Add the group "Manufacturing / Manager" to a user
* Log in as this user and go the menu "Manufacturing"
=> he is not able to define a bill of material (fields are readonly) and he
doesn't have the configuration menu
