Bug description:
Dear OpenERP friends,
On 01/01/2011, new Incoterms have been introduced, called Incoterms
2010 or Incoterms 3000. This new version of the Incoterms standard
introduced 2 new positions : DAT (Delivered At Terminal) and DAP
(Delivered at Place).

The enclosed patch :
- adds the 2 new Incoterms DAT and DAP
- keeps the 4 Incoterms which have been removed with Incoterms 2010, because
we may still use it if we refer to an old contract.
- stop writing Incoterms name with all capital letters
This patch applies fine on trunk.
