I have checked your issue.
For ticket number in version 6 please follow the steps written below.
1. Use project_issue instead of plain CRM, so you see the ticker numbers.
2. If you want your customers to see the ticket number too, setup a
base.action.rule to send them an email when a case is opened, and put the
ticket number in subject or body, as you like.

Bug description:
in v5 we had "visible" ticket numbers which have also been printed in the
"subject" of emails
this information is not available nay more - neither in mails not in in forms
how should the communication with partners etc work now ?
