right sidebar is randomly displayed

Bug description:
in openerp v6.0.0
The right sidebar appears randomly. Here under, you can find some
example :
- In the wizard "Generate chart of account of chart template" when we click
on New to add a bank account. it displays the buttons it should not
- when a lead is converted to opportunity the opportunity, the new tab has
the toolbar (OK) but an invoice generate from a sale order doesn't
