Title:
  configuration wizard: connection error during installation

Status in OpenERP GTK Client:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  OpenERP - GTK Client - v6.0.1

  Steps to reproduce:
  Creating a new database.
  Login as admin.
  Starting the configuration.
  Choosing simple interface.
  Confirming the default company.
  Install Application: Choosing every install application.
  Install specific industrial applications: Choosing Associations.
  Pressing install results after several minutes in:
  Error window: connection error.
  Pressing ok.
  Database can not be used, new login is also not possible.

  This was tried 3 times, each time the same result.
