I have checked your issue.
There is the destination address in form view that relate to partner
which is in list view.
For the usability point of view I am already discussed with Aline So I
am closing this issue.

* Warehouse/Traceability/Stock Moves, in the stock moves list view you
can define a partner (for example) but not in the form view of a stock
move
Obtained result : different fields available between the list and form
view of a stock move
Expected result : same fields for the two views and same rules to
define which fields is readonly
