Steps:
1) Install two chart of account for two different company.
2) Go to Accounting/Configuration/Financial Accounting/Journals/Journals and 
Open the journal for other company (Not for OpenERP) example: create a two 
chart of account one for OpenERP sceconf for shop1. now open the journal for 
shop1 company.
3) Open the resource for Entry sequence m2o field now you can see the company 
"OpenERP" which is wrong.
