PO: service always 'received' in purchase.order.form - progress bar in
tree view stays 0,00%

Bug description:
in purchase.order.tree the progress bar 'received' stays 0,00% for
service products - in purchase.order.form 'shipped' is enabled (which
is correct caus no stock move needs to be processed).
Hence it is impossible to use filter 'received greater than 0' in
tree....
