pricelist: no match when first item is based on supplier info and
partner is not in it

Bug description:
In v5.0, in the module "product" and in nan_pricelist_extended, it seems that
there is a case where no price can be found even though an item would match :
If the first item is based on the partner section, and the current partner is
not in the supplier info, then this item should be skipped and the next item
should be considered.
Instead, this item is not skipped.
