Go to Administration->Security->Record Rules
Create a new rule by choosing the object timesheet line, enter the domain
['|',('user_id','=',user.id),('user_id','=',False)]
Add your access group ( My access group is Project Users)

an employee shouldn't be able to see all timesheet line

Bug description:
- install hr_timesheet in a db with demo data
- create a user with ony employee and prtner /manager groups
- go to Human Resoucres / Time Tracking / Timesheet Lines
- make clear
- All timesheet lines appear -> it shoudn't. en employee shouldn't be able to
see other employees records
