I have checked this issue at my end.
In Invoice method in hr_expense.py
should have a "view_type" : 'form'
in dictionary.

Error on client side:
action['view_type'], datas.get('window',None), context,
KeyError: 'view_type'
To fix: Add view_type attribute in the action definition in expense.py line
number 130.
I dont know, If it can be fix from client side too. Need to check.
