DId you use an IPad ?
I know there is a scroll bar but that is exactly the problem - good design
should avoid scrollbars, it is an extreamly unpleasant user experience if one
has to scroll vertically AND horizontally

Bug description:
SO is a typical functionality which will be used on tablets with
1024*768 pixels
IMHO the buttons should go on one extra line or the amounts should be
grouped in 2 lines
