back to list-type view
* list-type view, edit record, cancel -> back to list-type view
* list view, create, cancel -> back to list view
* page (readonly form) -> edit -> save -> back to readonly form
* readonly form -> delete last record -> back to previous list-type view
* readonly form -> edit -> cancel -> back to readonly form
