Issue should be fixed in trunk as of revision
[email protected] (the "create" button or
selecting a row does not do anything anymore if the view it needs is not
available, so it does not crash the viewmanager — although it gives no
indication that something did not work out at this point)

Hi!
When I click "create" in a search view without form view, the view
freezes. The same behavior is observed when you just click on a line
in such a view.
