Hello Simon,
This is not a bug, but it's your "Opinion" for return product only
available for "Make stock" product.
Currently we have not consider this issue as a generalise way because we have
not implemented it yet.
So this is your suggestion also this is not a generalise issue, So before
implementing this we need to more discussion.
That's why currently I am setting this as an "Opinion".
@Experts: Would you please share your views on this.

Bug description:
If the Return Products button is pressed on a completed Delivery Order, only
products that are Make to Stock appear in the return lines window. Make to
Order products do not appear.
Tested using V6.0.1 and 6.0.3
