Dear Amit, Thanks for the response. We have had two instances where customers returned products because they had ordered the wrong product. Both products were Make to Order so we cannot return them into stock and keep a record of where they came from as we use full traceability. I agree that this is my opinion but i am surprised that other manufacturing companies have not already experienced the same issue. Is there an alternative way to return Make to Stock items back into stock and keep the history? Many thanks for looking at it.
