Hi Modi, I've not faced to your issue. About my issue, I've upgraded to server rev 3870, web rev 1687, then my issue does not occur any more.

Go to menu Settings to install a module (such as Manufacturing) 2. Apply installation 3. Click on Home button to back to Home page.
