Hello Aline,
This is not a problem AFAIS because when you select a customer (which in
turn has a dedicated salesman defined in their customer form which a
user which is responsible for communication with this customer) for Sale
order then the saleman field will be field with the salesman associated
with that customer if it is no salesman associated the default logged in
user will be assigned.
So I think this bug report is invalid .
@amit: If still anything needs to be changed then it should be changed
in sale.order def onchange_partner_id.
can you please change the project and the team !

Please remove the assign salesman of partner 's demo data for avoid missing
data in SO.
It will creates some misleading due to this field.
