Cactus wiki available (but still empty)

At last we have our wiki on wiki.apache.org!

Next steps are:
1/ Move the content from http://wiki.apache.org/old/CactusProjectPages
2/ Publish the Cactus v2 proposal there for comments

I'll be doing 1/ and 2/ over the coming week if nobody beat me to it...

This means running

  ./addwiki --title 'Jakarta Cactus' \
            --inter 'Cactus' \
            --commit-mails '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' \
            jakarta-cactus

resulting in http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-cactus/.  Done.  If there is
content form the old wiki that you want, you can copy it from
http://wiki.apache.org/old, assuming that it has not changed recently
(otherwise you'll need to copy from the wiki on nagoya).  I do see quite a
bit of cactus related content present, although it looks like some of the
formatting will need to be fixed.

As with all such [EMAIL PROTECTED] addresses, cactus-cvs already exists.
