Description:
on newer plugin versions, the plugin jelly script uses jelly:xml tags, but doesn't
declare dependency for it in project.xml.
I get :
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.apache.commons.jelly.tags.xml.XMLTagLibrary
I added
<dependency>
<groupId>commons-jelly</groupId>
<artifactId>commons-jelly-tags-xml</artifactId>
<version>20030211.142705</version>
</dependency>
in plugin project.xml to solve this.
