Hi Cactus committers, I'd like to propose Kazuhito Suguri as a Cactus committer.
Kazuhito has provided several patches to the Cactus framework including the implementation of FormAuthentication. He's also been active in answering questions on the list, providing answers showing that he grasps the Cactus codebase. He is currently interested in testing against J2EE applications in general, and he would like to contribute to the Cactus 'Medium terms goals' (as described on http://jakarta.apache.org/cactus/goals.html).
