First of all, welcome Xuan and congratulations Vincent for the
initiative (I thought about mentoring a SOC candidate for the Jakarta
Taglibs project, but didn't have the time/courage for it :-)
Now, back to business, instead of creating a CACTUS_17_CARGO_BRANCH, why
don't we release the current code (which is pretty much stable, AFAIK)
as Cactus 1.7.1, create a branch for that release and then keep working
on the HEAD for the Cargo integration (which would then be available at
Cactus 1.8)?
