Hi Cactus committers,
I'd like to propose Nicolas Chalumeau as a new Cactus committer. Nicolas has
been actively participating for a very long time, answering the mailing list
and providing lots of patches.
I say, let's allow him to apply his patches directly!
In addition Nicolas had started working on the Cargo migration and now that
Xuan is also working on this I think they could work together on it.
