Hi Senthil, what you can try to do is check out the trunk of cactus. Just type (you will need Subversion installed):
svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/cactus/trunk/ cactus and then build it with: mvn clean install (you will need a Maven2 installed). This will produce all the artifacts that you need. Also you can paste the exception here.
