Meritxell is the patron saint of Andorra. Special mass on 8th September,
but not sure about pilgrimage.
You can ask the priest in Canillo (Mossen Ramon). He is very kind.

There is a pilgrimage to Santuari de Canolic. I do not remember the date.
Young people walk up the mountain to the sanctuary and spend the night
there for the Mass next day.
However, I think most of the people go there for the "night" not for the
mass... :-(
