You might also consider the Ryanair service from Gatwick to Carcassonne.
I believe this has been increased to two flights daily this summer. I
don't think there is yet a direct bus service from Carcassonne to
Andorra though it may be worth checking on this as Andorran tourist
interests were trying to get one established.
