I'm intrigued at this discussion string; my husband and I are planning to beat
as hasty as possible a retreat (from the U.S.) to becoming expatriots. I don't
care about citizenship--I just want out of the States. We're planning upon
Andorra and I haven't found too much information about the mechanics of
moving--and staying permanently. John, I agree about France being too full of
the French ;)
Are my dreams of going to Andorra permanently just pipe dreams?
