I tried

<propval name='hostname' type='astring' value='xyz' />

But a different static hostname is not what I want a good value for this 
property (imho) would be 'take_from_dhcp'

My postprocessing starts after the first reboot, at that time the machine comes 
up with a no-sense hostname (opensolaris or whatever). After the individual 
postprocessing is done, I like to have static hostnames which is another 
problem with nwams (?)
