Agenda for 11/04/08:
General:
- November 2008 release
- SPARC support
Status:
- Ginnie is building image from the gate
- We are installing with default manifest and some custom manifests
- Even though AI has few critical bugs, we don't want to push any
more fixes for the November release.
SPARC Support:
- AI image (DC team will lead this effort)
- installadm tools (mainly no menu.lst)
- Add more data in to DHCP or use a file similar to menu.lst and
retrieve from AI SMF service.
- AI engine (No fdisk only slices)
- Liborchestrator and libti (No fdisk only slices)
- AI webserver and associated freeware (available on SPARC? any
changes required)
- Supporting client boot options (boot net, boot net - install etc.)
Plan for the next few weeks:
- Keep an eye on on the new bugs filed
- Quickly determine whether it is a stopper independent of the
Priority or Severity of the bugs
- Help others to install AI on their system or test system

Open Issues:
1. 6464201 need to be resolved. Otherwise all opensolaris systems used
as install servers will be affected. (This is the reason for 3975)
