Hi Halton, looking at the manifest, it seems you are running into following issue:
4248 ICT: reset_image_uuid unconditionally tries to reset the uuid pkg command fails to reset uuid, since it tries for "opensolaris.org" name of pkg authority and you use "osol-re" in your manifest. In order to workaround that issue, you need to specify "opensolaris.org" pkg authority name in the manifest. This restriction applies only to 'authname', 'main url' can be set to whatever you need/prefer. Just to be sure that this is what we are seeing in this case, could you please also attach install_log file ?
