Rich Reinhard found that installadm start re-cpio's the AI service
directory every time an AI service is started. The fix is trivial, but as
we're at RC2 already, should we (is there still time to) release note
around the bug? I would think the following would suffice:
Upon reboot, running installadm start is necessary for all AI services on
the system. As installadm start at this time reinitalizes the service
directory, one must installadm add all criteria manifests to be served by
each service after the service is started.
