Check the AI documentation at
http://dlc.sun.com/osol/docs/content/dev/AIinstall/bothclient.html. Your
error looks similar to the error listed under the title "Unable to
Contact Valid Package Server Message". Can you check whether you can
reach the pkg.opensolaris.org from your client after failure?
