Thanks, Evan, for the clarification on the phone.
The dependency of spmizones (really a link to libinstzones, so
"-linstzones") is already stated in the link command for libbe.
It doesn't need to be restated where libbe is specified as a library to
link to, since only libbe is what refers to it.
So, looks OK to me.
