So, I thought we decided we weren't going to keep twiddling the default repositories in the manifests and leave it up to RE to make the changes when doing release and dev builds (I could be misremembering and perhaps it was just proposed). Does anyone recall for sure? And more importantly, any ideas on how we should address this both now and in the future (I'm of the mind that we stop twiddling these things and just release note it or get RE to twiddle the appropriate things when doing builds).
