-Barbara's adjusting review cycle next week to be able to deliver
Slim-install and Snap-upgrade docs in time for language translation.
She will send AI and DC docs afterward, midweek next week. We will have
through 10/24 to get them in.
- She will send current draft today to work into our packages.
- Article (HTML files) into /usr/share/docs
- Manpage into /usr/share/man
- Ethan or Dave M. has code needed to get manpage command to run with docs.

- Erik's going over recent bugfixes and testing them out. Looking
relatively clean.
- He's testing manually as doesn't have scripts ready yet. He's
manually checking each DC step to verify. Once DC return status and
stop on error bugfixes to go back, he'll have more material to work with.
- As bugfixes go back, he plays with them.
- He's seeing issues with the "build-finishing" timestamp (e.g. it
prints in inappropriate circumstances, like when doing a "build -l".
- He would also like to see total time. Will file a low-priority bug
for this.
- He will continue to give more feedback as more changes come in.
- If anyone has specific areas he should be looking at or focusing on,
ping him.
- He will be posting a list of test cases.

- VB is stalled...
- Glenn can create an image and boot it, but he has to boot the live CD
in VBOX, mount the VB image and run devfsadm on it manually before VB
can use it.
- Starting to think of other approaches. Maybe leverage auto-install to
create Virtual machine.
- Targeting 2009.04 but thinks he has flexibility.
- Problem is installing on hardware not booted under.
- Jack to tell him about the magic word in /etc/path_to_inst which gets
systems booting for the first time to configure their devices.

- Bootroot autosize done.
- Jack is working on grub setup from the manifest, and has encountered a
problem with ManifestServ he is addressing. Not sure how hard the
problem will be to solve.
- He has other small bugs, and the
is-an-empty-string-in-the-manifest-a-default RFE going as well.
- He plans on consolidating to one putback to save time and process.
- If he doesn't figure out the ManifestServ problem quickly, he'll
putback everything else, and the grub stuff will wait for a subsequent
putback; Will's accessibility putback will use the grub stuff when
ready, but doesn't require it.

- Jean's waiting to merge with Karen's upcoming push. Will be pushing
mirroring, post-install and default repo/authority, blocker for purge
history.
- While waiting for Karen she will help Ginnie.

- After that has one more bug:
(3398 slim_install should be removed from the CD during
finalization). Will wait for all other putbacks first.
