Dinesh:
I looked at your install_log, it had the following error:
<ICT Mar 12 14:16:16> bootadm update-archive output:
/a//boot/solaris/bin/create_ramdisk: df: cannot execute [Exec format error]
<ICT Mar 12 14:16:16> bootadm update-archive output: mount: /dev/lofi/3
is not this fstype
I belive you run into bug 6804 and this is a blocker.
6804 - AI fails due to solaris.zlib becoming corrupt during install
There is nothing that you can do to workaround the problem and many
developers are trying to evaluate this.
For those of you running into problems with your AI installs and you'd
like to verify whether you're running into this bug or not, do the
following -
a) While booted in the AI install environment, run
# digest -a md5 /tmp/solaris.zlib
b) On your AI server 'cd' to the path to the AI image (the directory
you specified to installadm create-service)
# digest -a md5 solaris.zlib
If the two digests don't match, then most certainly you're running into
this bug.
There is no workaround for AI now. I will suggest that you can install
with LiveCD.
