Is there a way or any reference that a user can get the timezone value
of his/her region?
I looked into
http://dlc.sun.com/osol/docs/content/dev/AIinstall/, seems not mentioned
there.
In sc manifest,
<propval name="timezone" type="astring" value="US/Pacific"/>
How do I give another timezone value than the default one?
